1. Policy Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on Scientia Academy Store and should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
2. Digital Product Cancellation and Refund
Since digital products are delivered instantly after payment, orders for digital items are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptions may be considered for confirmed duplicate payment, verified technical failure preventing delivery, or any scenario mandated by applicable law.
3. Physical Product Returns and Replacements
If a physical product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with order details and proof images for resolution.
Approved requests may result in replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability, issue type, and customer preference.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after successful digital content delivery.
- Inability to use content due to unsupported personal devices.
- Claims raised without required order details or supporting evidence.
- Requests submitted after the stated reporting window for physical issues.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider settlement timelines may vary.
Once initiated by us, refunds typically reflect within 5 to 10 business days, depending on card issuer, bank, UPI app, or payment network.
6. How to Raise a Request
Please include the following in your email request:
- Order ID and registered email/phone.
- Issue description with date/time of occurrence.
- Relevant screenshots, payment references, or delivery proof.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider, we may share necessary order and delivery records with payment partners to contest or resolve the claim.
